Homegoing Celebration of Bishop Phillip M. Davis

CHARLOTTE, NC – On behalf of the Davis Family and Nations Ford Community Church, we invite you to the Homegoing Celebration of Bishop Phillip M. Davis.

The celebration of his life will be marked with prayer services on Tuesday, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm, and Wednesday, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Bishop Davis will lie in state on Friday, September 4th, from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm.  A memorial service will follow immediately from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.  All of these remembrance events will be held at Nations Ford Community Church.

On Saturday, September 5th, we will have visitation at Calvary Church, 5801 Pineville-Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC, at 10:00 am, followed by the Homegoing Celebration at 11:00 am.

McEwen Funeral Services, 5716 Monroe Rd, Charlotte, NC, has been entrusted to serve the Davis Family.
